You’ve left us a request. What’s next?

We’ll walk you through the step‑by‑step journey every Evalator client goes through.

Yes, every project is unique: different spaces, tasks, and architectural solutions. But the workflow is always the same — transparent, logical, and refined over years of practice.

1. Request submission and initial consultation
After receiving your request, we get in touch and discuss the details:

  • number of storeys in the building;

  • room dimensions;

  • technical feasibility of installation;

  • project specifics.

At this stage, it’s important to understand not only the spatial parameters but also the purpose: a private house, a public space, access to the roof, or integration into an existing interior.

2. Preliminary calculation
Based on the discussion, we prepare a commercial offer. The calculation takes into account:

  • shuttle dimensions;

  • structure type;

  • installation specifics;

  • custom cabin finishes;

  • additional options.

You’ll receive a clear cost breakdown with no hidden items.

3. On‑site measurements
After a verbal price agreement, our specialists visit the site.

We take precise measurements, verify technical conditions, and confirm the feasibility of the installation. This stage eliminates inaccuracies and helps avoid adjustments during production.

4. Contract signing
We agree with you on:

  • production timelines;

  • cost;

  • technical specifications;

  • installation conditions.

Everything is formal, transparent, and legally binding.

5. Shuttle production
We manufacture the equipment according to the approved parameters. Timelines:

  • up to 6 months — for fully custom projects;

  • around 2 months — for standard solutions.

Each shuttle is assembled for a specific site, taking into account the architecture and future interior.

6. Delivery
Delivery to Moscow and Saint Petersburg is handled by the company’s own transport. This allows us to control delivery timelines and ensure safe transportation.
7. Installation
Assembly takes from 3 weeks to 60 days, depending on the project complexity.

A team of 2–3 qualified engineers works on‑site.

We follow technical regulations and carefully integrate the structure into the existing space.

8. Handover and testing
Before handing over the project:

  • a full system operation check is performed;

  • final adjustments are made;

  • a handover certificate is signed.

The shuttle is fully ready for operation.

Warranty and support
We provide a 1‑year warranty. If any issues arise during this period, we resolve them promptly as part of the warranty service.
Conclusion
Working with Evalator is a clear journey: from the first call to the launch of your finished shuttle. If you’re just planning a project, start with a request. We’ll walk the rest of the way together.
